SEMI FLOATING AXLE
Axle is a shaft which transmits power from differential to wheel. Rear axle is not a single shaft but it is divided into two shaft each of these parts is called half shaft. It is also withstand the weight of the body and occupants.
Semi floating axle it consists of bearing mounted on the axle shaft. The outer end of the axle shaft is attached to the wheel. In this type of axle all the load are taken by the axle shaft. This type of axle is used for cars.
